BABA YAGAS ALLIANCE-CORP REPORT BUILDER
Terms of Service
Last updated: September 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of Baba Yagas Alliance-Corp Report Builder (the “Service”), operated by Baba Yagas. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Service
The Service assists authorized EVE Online corporation and alliance leadership with combining Alliance Auth exports and public EVE-related data to generate administrative activity reports, spreadsheets, and Player Highlights graphics.
The Service is an organizational and analytical tool. It is not an official CCP Games, zKillboard, EveWho, Google, Alliance Auth, alliance, or corporation record unless the applicable organization separately designates it as such.
2. Authorized use
You may use the Service only when you are authorized to access and process the information you submit. You must not use the Service to obtain or process data that you acquired without authorization, circumvent access controls, probe or compromise the hosting infrastructure, extract protected credentials or OAuth tokens, interfere with third-party APIs, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
3. Responsibility for uploaded information
You are responsible for the Alliance Auth exports and other information you upload and for confirming that you have permission to process them. The Service operator does not independently verify the authority of each user to access submitted organizational data.
4. Report accuracy and limitations
Reports combine data from multiple sources and may be affected by missing or delayed information, API outages, incomplete killmail history, inaccurate character associations, corporation-history changes, reporting-window differences, or software defects.
Statistics generated by the Service should be treated as administrative aids. Users should verify relevant source information before relying on a report for significant membership, disciplinary, financial, or organizational decisions.
5. Activity metrics and leaderboards
FAT participation, PvP activity, ISK generation, corporation tenure, SIG membership, ratios, and leaderboard positions are calculated summaries. Player Highlights eligibility may also depend on configured exclusions, including whether directors are omitted from a category.
The Service does not independently determine whether a member has fulfilled organizational obligations or whether any particular action should be taken regarding that member.
6. Google Drive publishing
The Service may connect to a designated Google account to publish generated report artifacts. When the feature is used, a new native Google Sheets version of the report and the generated Player Highlights PNG may be created in the fixed application-managed Baba Yagas Reports folder in the designated Google Drive account. Each generated file may be configured as Anyone with the link — Viewer.
Anyone who receives one of those sharing links may be able to view the associated report or image without additional authentication. Users are responsible for determining whether a report is appropriate to publish or share and for controlling distribution of the resulting link.
7. Third-party services
The Service depends on third-party systems that may include CCP Games / ESI, zKillboard, EveWho, Google, and Alliance Auth. The operator does not control those services and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, response times, continued compatibility, or continued API access.
8. Generated files and retention
Uploaded CSV source files are intended to be temporary and are deleted after processing. Generated reports, cached public data, application settings, and other operational files may remain on the server until removed or replaced as part of normal operation or maintenance.
Users should retain their own copies of reports they need to preserve.
9. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or perfectly accurate, or that stored data will be retained indefinitely.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the Service, including losses resulting from inaccurate reports, missing data, disclosure of shared report links, third-party API failures, service downtime, or loss of stored information.
11. Access restrictions
Access may be restricted, suspended, or revoked when necessary for security, maintenance, loss of organizational authorization, misuse of internal information, abuse of the Service, or attempted circumvention of access controls.
12. Intellectual property and affiliations
Original application code, layouts, and Baba Yagas branding are controlled by their respective owners. EVE Online and related names, images, character portraits, and other intellectual property belong to CCP hf. and their respective rights holders. Third-party names, logos, APIs, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
Baba Yagas Alliance-Corp Report Builder is not endorsed by or affiliated with CCP Games, zKillboard, EveWho, Google, or Alliance Auth unless expressly stated otherwise.
13. Changes
The Service and these Terms may be changed as functionality evolves. The date at the top identifies the latest published version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to eve.babayagas@gmail.com.
